Mortgage providers and building surveyors look for PCA members or PCA/ABBE qualified CSTDB previously CSRT Surveyors to carry out these reports which curedamp are pleased to offer.
Our CSTDB Surveyors will provide a full examination of your chosen property for potential damp, ventilation problems, woodworm infestations (type of infestation and whether it requires treatment), defective timber which have decayed due to rot (type of rot and whether it requires treatment). We will also carry out condensation tests and check the general upkeep of the building, We can even breakdown the cost of works to be completed if you choose curedamp to carry out remedial works once completion is finalised. This is all presented in a report which can be used to purchase your property.
